Astrology readings/consultations are counselling-style chats held over Zoom, on the phone or in my office in Newport, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Written reports are digital PDF files, delivered via email. Appointments times are flexible! I can work nights/Saturdays to suit you and your timezone. Book any slot and email your preferred day/time.
FOR WRITTEN REPORTS - the payment system requires a booked time - please choose any time in order to proceed to checkout. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Full Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy are listed at the bottom of this page.
NORTHERN BEACHES ASTROLOGY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If you cannot provide a birth time with reasonable accuracy, you understand that the interpretation provided may be regarded as incomplete.
1. In this agreement: “Us”, “Our” or “We” means Northern Beaches Astrology Pty Ltd “You” means the customer or person(s) receiving any Services from Us. “Site” means any website operated by us. “Services” means any services provided on the Site including but not limited to any astrological interpretations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
2. All bookings must be paid for in advance and prior to any Services being provided.
3. We will determine the fees for our Services which we will change from time to time.
4. All bookings are non-refundable unless rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. You must notify us by email or telephone at least 24 hours prior to your booking to receive a refund or to reschedule to a further date. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice your fee is non-refundable.
6. The date and time of any rescheduled booking must be suitable to Us and if We cannot accommodate your reasonable preferred time then your booking will be cancelled and a refund provided.
DISCLAIMER
7. You acknowledge that astrology is not an exact science and any decisions you make arising from Our Services are your decisions and your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your decisions and behaviour and our Services do not amount to a recommendation or advice on decisions you should make, or how you should behave or act. You take full responsibility for any and all consequences for the actions you take following the provision our Services.
8. By requesting Services from our Site you accept that the Site is to be considered a curio or entertainment product. Should our Services include the provision of forecasts or life or business trends then these are to be taken as suggestions only. The accuracy of any forecasts is subject to the information provided to us and other matters outside of Our control, and therefore may prove to be inaccurate and cannot be warranted.
9. You should not rely upon our Services for any medical or health matters, and you should consult with an appropriate medical practitioner as required.
10. Any financial decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified financial advisor.
11. You agree that the full extent of our liability arising from the provision of our Services is limited to the price paid by you for them, and that you release us from any and all other liability arising from the provision of the said Services.
