2024 Astrology horoscopes - Scorpio
Scorpios, I’ve spent so much time writing about your issues over the past couple of years, that you may be pleased to hear that I’ve not got much to share with you about 2024. It is the calmest year that you’ve had in a while, and even though Scorpios often love a bit of drama, I think we can all agree that a chance to sleep late, relax and indulge in a bit of ‘me’ time will be very welcome. The Taurus/Scorpio eclipse series over the last couple of years was rough. Take a moment to pause and consider all the ways that your life has changed. And how you’ve grown as a person. Well done #teamyou, you made it.
However, having said that, one of the major culprits for this tumultuous time was Uranus, sitting across from you in Taurus, and golly gosh, the planet of unpredictable moments is still hovering for one more full year. This is particularly challenging those of you born November 12-20. This may be the nail in the coffin for a storyline in your life. Uranus can bring the final impetus to make something happen. Try to keep you restlessness focused (if that makes sense) and to put your urge to rebel into productive avenues. Take a left-field turn, but keep it helpful. Start horse riding, or go for a trek in Nepal. Starting wearing purple hats or eating a new diet - anything that brings a sense of freshness without just obliterating your old life and relationships. If you have decided to break free from a relationship, then use all your personal power to be measured and kind in your actions - Uranus can be rash and thoughtless.
Those of you born Oct 24-28 get a powerful push from Pluto, that may press ‘go’ on the beginning of a new phase. Pluto wants you to try to transform, to gain a greater control and self-mastery. The process isn’t always easy, but is definitely life-defining.
All Scorpios can feel energised by Jupiter’s presence until May 26 - use this energy to bring lightness and have a bit of fun.
The Scorpio New Moon on November 1 is pretty interesting. This is your annual restart button and the sky is full of strong emotions and helpful doses of discipline. There’s an opportunity here to speak to your truths, tap into your heart, to define dreams, share your hopes and then turn them into action. It’s a lovely, deep, momentous New Moon that promises an empowered year ahead.
Watch out in the lead up to Christmas as your co-ruler, Mars, turns retrograde over in Leo on Dec 6. This may signal a holiday period containing disruptions and fiery moments. Frustrations could spill over into moments of temper and bad moods. You may be reactive, oppositional and lacking motivation. Anything you’ve procrastinated over will come back to haunt you now. Stay on top of things in the months prior and be self-aware that this is a passing phase (around 8 weeks) which you’ll quickly pass through.
