Taurus Solar Eclipse

Like Daryl Somers, the entertainment at footy grand-finals, banana flavoured anything, g-strings and cockroaches, some things in life are JUST BAD and should be avoided. Eclipses can often fall into this category. A hit from an eclipse to a planet or point in your chart can be a real stinker. They are ‘wild cards’ that shake things up and leave your head spinning. They indicate that the next period of time is going to be EVENTFUL for you.

But not all eclipses are created equal. Each belongs to a cycle that has a ‘vibe’ (The Saros Cycle) and then each has its own chart for the minute it is exact. And this morning at 6.28am (AEDT) we had a solar eclipse at 10 degrees Taurus that is positively GREAT. Momentous for sure, but with a depth of insight and sense of possibility that should welcome some exciting new action for many of you. 

If your birthday is around now then you’re definitely in for a shakeup. Uranus is involved, so perhaps ‘expect the unexpected’ is the best advice. Cultivate flexibility and a willingness to try to new things.
